Carvery of roasted leg of lamb, Carved lacquered ham, Custom omelet action station, Eggs benedict, Apple wood smoked bacon and sausage, Hunter style potatoes, Huevos rancheros, Poached shrimp and crab claws on ice, Pastrami smoked salmon, Diced fruits and berries, Breakfast pastries and hot cross buns, Assorted yogurts and granola, Teriyaki glazed salmon, Mediterranean grilled chicken, Balsamic glazed asparagus, Composed salads, Caesar salad, Artisan cheeses and breads, Chicken fingers and tots, Dessert bar experience.
