No matches can be played after the deadlines.

Single Elimination match play.

Members who played or signed up for this event in 2019 will have “priority points”.  These Members will have between February 15 – February 29 to sign up using their “previous year points”, and will be ranked using their 2019 Becker Cup Pts.  After February 29, the registration will be determined by the order of sign up. No Exceptions

All Participants signed up for the Becker Cup by March 22nd will be seeded according their sign up (or priority points). In the case of over 128 entries, players will be compete in the “play in round” to see who will make it to the round of 128.    Example:   If there are a total of 132 players registered: Players ranked 125 - 132 will compete in the play in round to determine who moves on to the round of 128.  

Each player must provide at least three available dates through the rounds of 128 & 64 and two dates through the remainder of the rounds to the opposing player. If a match has not been played within the scheduled playing time, the player that is on the tee at 2:00pm on the day of the deadline will be the winner.  On the last day of the round, should play be suspended for any reason (lightening, darkness, etc.), and the match cannot be completed, the leader of the match on the last completed hole is declared the winner. If the players are tied, a coin flip by the Head Golf Professional will determine the winner of the match. If neither player is there, both be eliminated – no extensions or exceptions.

Start Time: Make your own tee times.

Percentage of Handicap: Players play at 100% of their handicap, stroking off the low handicap player.

Handicap Used: Based on current handicap at time of scheduled match (see above).

Tee:                Black Tees, White Tees for players within the Sr. 75 rule,  Green Tees for players within the Sr. 83 rule

Gifts/ Prizes: Players will be awarded Golf Shop credit for making it to Quarter Finals. Champion will also receive an automatic invite to that year’s Aerie Cup, but still must participate in at least three Aerie Cup events.
