Healthy Eating for Safe and Permanent Weight Loss! It’s estimated that 80% of all disease stems from poor nutrition. Participants will learn what good carbohydrates, proteins and fats are and how to properly combine them for optimal digestion and weight loss. We’ll teach you how to read food labels and present many examples of delicious, healthy food choices. Nutritional Knowledge is essential and an invaluable key to living a healthy lifestyle.
A Healthy Lunch will be provided to those who attend Dr. Conroy’s Educational Nutrition Workshop!
