Reservations are required.  This menu will be the only available during dinner.

Winter lettuces, lump crab, citrus, and avocado in a passion fruit vinaigrette

Ménage à trois of beef tenderloin, lobster tail, and jumbo shrimp

or

Roasted Colorado rack of lamb, ratatouille, olive crushed potatoes

or

Pan roasted Chilean sea bass “oscar” with asparagus, blue crab and spicy hollandaise

Fondue for two

Warm dark chocolate ganache with assorted confections and fruits for dipping

lemon tart, macerated blackberries, strawberry gelato
