Group Fitness



Vinyasa Flow is a 60-minute practice based on the general sequencing of Baron Baptiste. Poses are cued with the breath to encourage easeful movement. Vinyasa begins with a warm up integration, flows through Sun A’s and B’s, grounds us with its balancing postures, and ends in a peaceful Savasana.

Vinyasa Flow is taught at an intermediate level, but made accessible to all levels. The goal is to accommodate all yogis with supportive props and modifications. Vinyasa will leave you feeling challenged, renewed, and centered.
